Here are some commonly asked questions about dog boarding:
We charge by the day.
Pickups: 12-5 by appointment on Monday-Saturday.
Drop-Offs: 9-5 by appointment on Monday-Saturday.
Sundays closed.
If your dogs is staying in one of our All-inclusive Garden Suites it will be considered a whole days charge.
If your dogs is staying in one of our All-inclusive Garden Suites and you pick up before 2pm it will be considered a half days charge. If you pick up after 2pm it is considered a hole days charge.
No. We do not do half day charges. You will be charged the daily rate for each day your dog is in our facility.
Yes. We ask that all food and treats be packaged in a re-sealable container (Ziploc bags or Rubbermaid type food storage containers) with your pet’s name on them. Please NO bags of dog food.
No. For your convenience, we provide bedding, toys, and bowls for all our guests.
You are welcome to bring any bedding or toys that you feel will make your pets stay more comfortable, but we cannot guarantee that these items will not be lost or destroyed during the stay. Please do not send any items that are breakable (such as glass or ceramic) for your pet’s safety.
- Bordetella (kennel cough) required 6 months from boarding
- Rabies (either 1 or 3 year vaccine accepted)
- Distemper or Distemper combo shots such as DHPP or DHLPP (either 1 or 3 year vaccine accepted)
Yes. We recommend that you have your pet’s vaccination records sent over prior to their appointment so we can review them and let you know if we anything is missing. Please upload your pet’s vaccination records to the online client portal. They cannot be emailed or faxed
Yes. Clean up baths are $10 and Nail trims are $12-$18. Just let us know at drop off what extra services you are needing.
Your dog will get a minimum of 3 potty breaks. We leash walk ALL our dogs outside.
Yes. Every dog must pass a temperament test AND BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED before they can be accepted into play groups. Our trained on-site supervisors are here to ensure a safe environment for play.
Yes, ONLY for All-inclusive Garden Suites
All of our play groups are divided into different groups depending on your dog’s size, age and needs. The groups are always supervised and if we see that a dog is not doing well in the play group, we can try a different group or remove them completely.
No. Once you reserve either All-inclusive Garden Suites or Economy Apartment your dogs stay can not be changed.
We do not accept tours for the comfort and quality of care for our special needs animals. Tours would put our special needs pets under unnecessary stress and anxiety. We will be more than happy to send pictures and videos of our facilities upon request.
