Things to Consider By Pet Owners to Ensure the Best Experience at Twissted Whiskers Pet Hotel

1. Grooming and bathing services are available by appointment 5 days a week.
2. Though we sometimes accommodate walk-ins and same day appointments, we encourage pre-booking.
3. Full-grooming services may take a minimum of 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of your pet.
4. If you need your pet ready by a particular time, then let us know in advance, so that we can schedule accordingly.
5. We also offer call-ahead valet express checkouts and curbside pickups on request.
6. At Twissted Whiskers, all pets are inspected at time of drop-off for matts. If your pet arrives at the salon matted, then we’ll charge additional for brush out.
